Steven began his professional real estate career in 2016, quickly making a name for himself with his passion for helping people and his dedication to excellence. He has guided numerous homeowners through challenging situations, always striving to make a positive impact in each transaction. Known for his client-first approach, discipline, and keen attention to detail, Steven is recognized as a natural leader in the industry. Together with his business partner Samuel, Steven co-founded PureMotive Realty, a venture he’s immensely proud of as it reflects his commitment to integrity and service. Steven’s inspiration and “why” stem from his family—his wife and daughter, who are the driving forces behind his dedication to making the right decisions for his clients and loved ones. A devoted husband and father, he treasures quality time with his family. Guided by his faith, Steven believes in the principle that what you give comes back to you, a philosophy he integrates into his business and personal life. His ultimate goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him, ensuring everyone he works with feels valued and supported.

Samuel Flores is the Senior Managing Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions and serves as Vice President of PureMotive Realty. Widely respected as one of the top brokers in Los Angeles County, Samuel has over 10 years of experience specializing in foreclosure properties, multifamily units, office buildings, and probate sales. He is known for building long-term, meaningful relationships with his clients, positioning himself not just as a real estate advisor but as a trusted friend.
Samuel studied Economics at the University of California, Riverside, and is currently working toward acquiring his JD to further his real estate career. In his free time, Samuel enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
A strategic thinker and problem solver, Samuel consistently delivers favorable outcomes for his clients, all while maintaining high ethical standards to ensure their best interests are met. He takes pride in offering advice that reflects his integrity and commitment to exceptional service.
